Just a quick note to let you know you can reach RocYtz Chat, Rochester and Toronto Chat, on irc.dal.net using this link

It hooks you up with a Jpilot Java chat, say YES to the Security certificate, give it a second to load, then hit the "Connect" button. It will then be a few seconds wait as you are connected to an irc.dal.net server, and you will be automaticly put into the RocYtz chat. You will also note that the drop down menues offer a choice of Rochester, Toronto and other chats.
