Saturday, May 14, 10:30AM 2005 Lilac Festival Parade Over 120 entries including nationally recognized marching bands, and drum and bugle corps will wind their way down South Avenue and turn down Highland Avenue in the largest parade the Lilac Festival has ever hosted. The 2005 Parade will feature more than 20 marching bands. Join local dignitaries, school bands and school children from all areas of Monroe County as they gather at the ESL Lilac Stage (southeast corner of Highland and South Avenues) to celebrate the occasion.
